NFL players will be wearing custom cleats in a campaign to support their favourite causes. The “My Cause, My Cleats” campaign is wonderful and one of our personal favourite designs will be sported by Ezekiel Elliot of the Dallas Cowboys.

Elliot will be wearing shoes designed with a dog theme, there are paw prints, bones and a picture of Ace the Rottweiler on the cleats along with the words “Adopt, Volunteer, Prevent Cruelty”. By wearing these shoes Elliot is helping to spread the world regarding animal cruelty.
Last year, Elliot’s other dog was stolen. The tragic event occurred when a hole was cut into his fence by a thief and his beloved pet, Chase, was taken.

Elliot promotes adoption of pets and we couldn’t agree with him more! Fox news reported that Elliot sponsored an event for animal adoptions last month.
Elliot’s dog, Ace, even has his own Instagram account!
Other causes being supported in the “My Cause, My Cleats” campaign include blocking out hunger and taking a stand against domestic violence.
This campaign is a great way to bring attention to issues and is a perfect platform for the players to stand up for great causes.
